I adore these info dumps on your special interest topics. Your adhd is such a comfortable spot for my brain since my entire family is adhd. I love being able to go talk to my son with pokemon, and ngl - he thinks I’m cooler bc of what you’ve taught me 😅. Also, totally random - but do you think the forced slower speaking/controlling the volume of your voice makes it easier or harder on your adhd? Listening to it helps me, but if I have to do the measured speaking, I get lost halfway through my sentence.

I don't remember much since I was only 5 or 6 years old at the time, but I remember my brother having a booklet that he would get stamped every time he won and proceeded through "gyms". He had a 2 or 3 inch binder that was filled up completely with Pokémon cards and those booklets. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy the quality time with your mom and sister!
