The story line could be psychologist/hypnotist using lights sounds and other triggers to bring on suggestive state, then set a mood or setting if you like where we are imagining ourselves on the astroplane or the beach or a forest, then do positive affirmations for success/happiness/calmness/inner peace/fellowship/focus/ that we did a good job lol
