Only two places remaining in the Round of 16, as the #4 seed Harley Quinn returns to do battle with the #29 seed Frankie Foster!
The winner of last season’s Most Valuable Tickler award, it looked like Harley Quinn was going to romp to championship glory, only for a tiebreak vote with Raven to end her dreams of tickle dominance in the Semi-Finals. Now crazier than ever, Harley has never lost a tickle vote outright, and she plans on keeping it that way by getting her hands on the title this time.
As for Frankie Foster, she entered the tournament in order to take a break from the stresses and strains of working with imaginary friends all day. But now she might be in for double the punishment! Frankie isn’t scared of Harley, and she even thinks the jolly jester is all hype, but if she wants a huge upset, she’ll need the full support of her fans behind her.
