2024-12-08 16:17:53 +0000 UTCYou got to look at each super sayian form as a plus onto goku's base. Base goku by the point of the tournament is very strong even by itself. Then each form of super sayian has their positives and negatives. Super sayian 1 goku ha perfected, literally can just be in that form all the time if he wanted and not really feel drained. Super sayian 2 probably also perfected but probably doesn't give goku that much of a boost so he skips it alot of the time. Super sayian 3 isn't perfected because goku never really had a reason after buu to ever use it, probably doesnt boost his power enough to really help when you factor in it drains way more energy than any other form. Now super sayian god is unique bc it doesn't just use goku's regular ki but a godly ki, that's why gohan and the other can't sense goku when he uses blue, it's a form that slims goku down actually and speeds goku up but doesn't give him the boost in power that it initially did in the battle of gods because personally I don't think God is a straight up multiplier. Blue is actually all about ki control and a multiplier of red. While this isn't in the anime, in the manga, Blue is actually perfected when they learn to keep all of their energy contained in their bodies, so no aura. Blue is much more powerful than ssg and probably doesn't take much more for goku to use that ssg. So that probably why goku uses it more. Sorry for the wall of text

Remember that the only way Goku was able to achieve SS3 is through being dead and not having to care about damaging his body. As he explained to Gotenks you have to go SS/SS2 (can't remember which one, sorry) then you have to dig deep down a pull more energy to the surface, kind of like turning on a faucet and living it on. While Super Saiyan God is about ki/energy control and suppressing it, not letting it flow freely. But that's why SSB burns through stamina. By stacking god ki with SS your forcing energy out while trying to suppress that massive amount of energy escaping. Keep that in mind Don since you don’t know…

2024-05-15 18:05:19 +0000 UTCSsj3 just burns more energy faster than the body can keep up with, while blue is mostly just when transforming, So 3 isn't good in drawn out fights, look at how his 1v1 fight against kid buu went, he was stronger but his body can't keep up with the energy that 3 needs. Blue only uses a lot of energy to mostly transform and then its not as bad, so Blue is his stronger form, he avoids using 3 if possible cause of the energy it takes to keep it up

Goku and Piccolo were as fast as the speed of light at the end of dragon ball which is 5 years before the saiyans first came to earth and 6 years before kaioken and super saiyan. Also super saiyan uses the least energy then super saiyan 2 uses the second least, super saiyan 3 is a failed form which uses more energy than the body can provide. super saiyan god is basically a second version of base form that uses god energy instead of normal energy which is why it doesn't use much energy since its just a base form. super saiyan blue is when a saiyan uses their god energy to turn super saiyan which is why it uses more energy than god but less than super saiyan 3.

And it takes less energy going into god forms cause god ki is not the same as normal ki, and ssg (and ss blue) are perfectly balanced forms in the energy use
