2024-05-25 23:58:13 +0000 UTCboth are canon, you have to remember that 17 and 18 wernt androids for long during the cell saga, on top of the fact that they didnt have any opportunies to train their powers, they just used and abused them. post cell saga, 17 and 18 would train their powers and learn to sense ki, and discover more about their powers, like 17s barrier ability, remember, vegeta didnt know how to sense ki in the past either, its not that 17 and 18 couldnt sense ki, its just they didnt know how.
