Basically the percentages were what a human is made up of but the problem in question was that it wasn't adding up to 100%. He is a chemist so he couldn't figure out what was missing to make the equation add up. She suggested that a human is much more than just elements. That a human is a person that has a soul. That a person has emotions and past and future. Walter took some time as he tried to understand what Dominguez was about. WHO he was. He was more than just meat per say. Quite beautifully written 👌
