That thingy they shot on Zoom's leg is also like that cell. It should've dampened his speed; that's why he chatted with him, but Zoom's powers are chemically based, aka V-9-based, not Dark Matter. So it didn't work; they couldn't have known that.

Normally I agree with you when you say Barry is yapping too much but honestly not in this episode. You have to realize he already had zoom “captured”. There is absolutely no reason for Barry to assume zoom will be able to still use his speed even though he has the boot on his leg and it should be dampening his powers.

Within the Flash series, its a Fixed point in the timeline. Reverse Flash HAS to kill Nora, Kill Harrison & make Barry the Flash. Barry cannot become the Flash any other way. Its a fixed time loop. That's why Thawne can't die. The Speed force intervenes and spits him back out because Thawn NEEDS to exist for the Flash to exist. If Thawne DID kill Barry that night, he would begin to lose his speed and memories like Barry did by saving Nora. Without Flash existing, he never becomes Reverse Flash. Without Reverse Flash going back in time and killing Nora and creating the Flash himself, Flash will never exist. Thats why Thawne HAS to be Barrys enemy. That fate can't change in order for both of them to exist as Flash / Reverse Flash.

I want him to watch the crossover. It’s silly but it is ONLY for the Legends of Today/Yesterday crossover that Amazon Prime bundles the episodes together. Every other crossover event is kept separate for some reason. Invasion, Earth X, Elseworlds, Crisis are not bundled together on Amazon Prime.

When he went through the breach at the start he actually went to super girls earth and had a whole episode there over on the supergirl series hence the “how long was I gone” as he didn’t know how to get back and that was the episode whilst also helping her take down 2 villains

Yo Don, I wanna point something interesting but unrelated to this episode out that came to my mind. If you think about it the reverse flash and the flash create each other, it’s like a closed loop in time. Without the flash, Thawne would’ve never been obsessed with the flash and become like him. Likewise without the reverse flash killing Barry’s mom he wouldn’t have gotten into forensic to be hit by the lightning at the office in the first place. So while they think they’re playing cat and mouse, they’re more like a dog chasing its own tail.

Don, if barry would have betrayed Zoom then Zoom would have killed wally, iris, joe and everyone else Barry cares about. BTW, i have seen seasons 1-3 like over 15 times (Not including other people's reactions cause then i have seen flash season 1-3 like 40 times...) so i have seen these scenes so many times that i understand stuff so much better than for people who this is their first time watching the flash.
