Life isn’t fair, and you can stay on defense forever. Daniel only opened Miyagi do to stop cobra Kai even when cobra Kai wasn’t a problem. Johnny opened cobra Kai to help nerds become someone better. Me personally I feel like Johnny is a better person to learn from. But to each their own. I’ve just never seen anyone take Daniel’s side like Don does. But hey if he likes Daniel’s character more good for him
