It's by far the funniest show and the story is more enjoyable long term IMO compared to the flash which started to decline and get very repetitive. Not that legends isn't somewhat repetitive but it has more diversity overall which helps to compensate for certain story elements.

What if Barry kills him or locks him up prematurely and it turns out not to be the guy. Gotta move with precaution and catch them in the act like previous seasons or else you yourself just looks like the villain. Its easy for us as viewers to agree with Barry because we already seen the behind the scenes, but they gotta work their way to the conclusion.
