Eobard called Nora Dawn because in the comics her name was Dawn but since the timeline got changed by Eobard killing his mother so they named her Nora instead. At least I’m pretty sure that’s what happened but I know there is a Dawn allen in the comics

A few things: -The Wells you saw at the end, was thawne. We don't exactly know how he got in prison but he probably did some weird shit after Barry let him go in the Crisis on Earth X crossover. -second, the flash you saw at the end was flash from the 90's show: "The flash" (Thats why it's "Earth-90". After that series ended he got cast by cw to play Barry's dad and later Jay garrick in the show you're watching.
