Obviously at a certain age you learn that right from wrong, but where do we draw that line? Isn’t 13-15 still young? Punish her, yes, that’s what prison is for and so many people look down on it. 2024-11-13 16:15:42 +0000 UTCAnother big element that plays role in "hanging" Murphy vs sparing the little girl is that in case of Murphy everyone was convinced he did it on purpose cause he is a dick but with the girl Bellamy knows she did it beause she missunderstood his words. In real world and in court her case would be considered as manslaughter where as Murphy would definitely be judged for murder/homicide. Difference is that if Murphy murdered Wells it would be predetermined homicide and in her case its misguided happenstance. She could also plead insanity to further lessen her sentence. And even if he was wrongly accused of wells murder he still has charges of attempted murder on both wells and jasper.
