Just for the record, the popular theory of wild wolf packs following a single alpha wolf has been debunked. It was tested on domestic wolves, which formed a dominance hierarchy, but in the wild, wolves form family units instead, not alpha-led packs. I feel that Scott and his ragtag band of non-wolves have largely done just that. My next speculations here are just that...speculation. I'm watching for the first time, and like Don, am trying to puzzle out some things. I suspect that what the Dread Doctors (DD) have done to Kira, Liam, and other already-supernaturals is to extract some of what they can do to process into the Chimera they are creating. I'm wondering if that's how Theo was able to overcome the werewolf weakness to electricity, by having some of Kira's Thunder Kitsune in him? Also, yes, I totally agree with Don that Theo is positioning himself to take over the pack. So far, he has been apparently a successful Chimera, and he's infiltrated the friend group, and has now placed himself in the hero position. I also suspect Scott's asthma return and at least some of his struggles to be a True Alpha have to do with something the DD did to him. The weaker Scott becomes, the easier it will be for Theo to take him down. Hayden and Cory are the only other Chimera we currently know about as of the beginning of this episode (I'm only a few minutes into it). I won't speculate about Parrish, because I've read spoilers about what he is (spoilers don't bother me in the least, but I won't spoil anything for Don or anyone else). I also won't comment about Don's wondering about who a successful Chimera might ultimately be, because I think I know that answer, too. I remember reading some blurb about it, anyway. I could be wrong, but in case I'm not, I'll say nothing here about it.

If Scott didn’t yk ask cuz he was scared of stiles lying to him that I understand. Also stiles should’ve been asking who told him and how the story was told. It was miscommunication, both sides were wrong. Stiles should’ve never hid it and Scott should’ve asked him questions about what really happened.
