Yet when she explains how she feels about Damon, their connection was genuine and sprang up when she was healed from her grief and without the manipulation and lies that her relation with Stefan was built upon!

I had that same question Stefan was with Klaus as a sacrfice to save Damon's life and while he was gone she sort falls in love with WHILE searching for Stefan. Like what kind of loyalty is that shit SMH Damon isn't innocent in this as well SHIIIIIIT, as much as I like his characters spontaneous, comedic, ruthless ways and how the show has him be sort of complex with layers and his redemption etc. THAT MOFO literally held Elena's face and told Elena TO REMEMBER WHAT SHE FELT WHILE STEFAN WAS GONE.... WTF BRO!!!! Stefan literally sacrificed himself for you. I sort of get its him being this passionate, in love, insecure, impulsive but on steroids with all those emotions being heightened cuz he is Vamp. I used to make that excuse for him but on rewatches ITS JUST SOOO FUCKED UP TO STEFAN. But FUUUUUHHHHKKK am i a sucker (pun intended) for the complex/layered character redemption route they go with Damon and I absolutely LOVE the brotherly dynamics & bromance moments with the Martyr Goat Stefan

2025-07-27 14:50:36 +0000 UTCboohoo😂ever since the start,bro has been saving everything.i can’t comprehend how yall miss the bigger picture at any given instance.I thought that maybe that’s only a show thing,but you reminded me that people are like this is real life also.whether you argue the ways in which he went about it,the bigger picture has always been about elena.his views became warped in the end,which makes sense.He had to watch his girlfriend become swayed by his younger brother,even when he was committed to saving elena’s life…alongside her loved ones.Had to watch people in her circle die or get severely injured constantly,while he couldn’t do anything because he was compelled.Bro got his feelings turned off forcefully😂then Damon and Elena kissed just the put the icing on top.I’m not a Stefan supporter,because he’s an actual simp.That doesn’t mean that Elena’s feelings are more important than what happened to him.He was literally forced into being a “bad guy”,even while still trying to put elena’s interests above all else.I’d do anything to take away everything Klaus values also.Stefan had do endure way more.

I tend not to pay attention to it very much. If you eventually read your comments, lol, I'm also not a fan of Elena. Each time I watch the series over, I dislike her even more. It's the secondary characters like Bonnie, Caroline, Jeremy, Alaric, etc. that make me enjoy this series.
