He's so insecure, scared and full of shit 😂 I have a love/hate relationship with Tyler's character at this point, but I was happy and proud of him standing up to Klaus the way he did. It was brave. Elena is selfish and weird af for saying she didn't want to choose because she didn't want to lose one of them. "No, no, no, it doesn't seem like it. You are", thank you Don!!! She's 100% stringing them both along and it's crazy that other people don't want to admit it or is making excuses for her.

Katherine when she'd complain about Elena getting all the attention and stealing her life. Damon when it comes to his love for Elena and wanting her to choose him, Klaus when it comes to his obsession with needing to be protected with all those hybrids he makes or tries to make. They all act so tough, when in reality they're all scared for different reasons.

Not child, not son, not daughter, not brother, not sister but friend Granted Elena isn't special on the show in this regard, Bonnie would also give her life to save her friends but I don't know a lot of real life girls with Elena's level of willing to selflessly give her life to protect others. So from that perspective Elena is special

2025-07-28 03:41:33 +0000 UTCwill always love how klaus managed to get his way around the not being invited in 😂 And yes, Caroline is literally the only one who gets tortured in ways that are small enough to be underwhelming (compared to Damen being bear-trapped by Rebekah), but more twisted in some way that it just really really hurts to see her go through it. I also think it’s because she genuinely doesn’t deserve it at all 😭
