These are some excellent recommendations and I hope that you all take them to heart and consider them seriously. I will also say once again, you very much need to rethink your pricing model. It's way too expensive for the content you are producing. Your content is very good, your ladies are all absolutely lovely and you are making great content, but the prices you are charging are not sustainable. The clearest example I can give you is Su Chang in your latest video with 77. She produces full on adult content and doesn't even charge 1/10th the price you all are for "premium" content that isn't "premium" quality. That isn't sustainable for you. Instead of chasing a few rich whales, drop your pricing to something more affordable for the average person and you'll find yourself gaining a lot more paying subscribers. I sincerely hope you will take these suggestions from us all to heart. Good luck to you!

I have some suggestions about production, though. You’ll gain a lager English speaking crowd if you'll stop the ear cleaning/picking. Instead, why don't use that time and have the customer put his head in her lap, laying face up, body/feet pointing away from her and give him a head, chest, and face massage for the same length of time taken up by ear cleaning? Then, instead of doing the soft body massage face up, do it face down because we want to see the exciting "soft massage" last. Ending with the customer face up is why most of us are here. It’s more exciting. At the end of the message, have the girls talk softly and tell the customer that the message is completed but in a soft and gentle way, instead of, “your massage is over” then just standing and leaving. Then fade the video off at them smiling at each other, showing they’re both happy. Also, have all the girls wear those shorter, easy to handle dresses, like #9 did here. They're easier to maneuver when moving around the bed and the girls won't have to take time always adjusting them. No sleeves on the arms are a good idea, too. They mess with the microphone, and you've got enough sound issues already. Make sure the mics are on top of the girl's arms and secure enough to not move around. If you have all the girls follow these general steps, you’ll be able to control the production and improve future quality by showing them videos of how they should improve. Consider a camera pointing down from the ceiling to the bed and one high on the wall, behind the customer’s head. Video of her sitting on top of the customer, facing him and the camera, from a higher angle looking down would be very exotic. Consider dimming the lights and adding some lit candles, too. Good luck!
