Divona’s Blessed Rains
Level 5 Enchantment
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self (60ft Radius)
Components: V S M (A vial of holy water, which the spell consumes)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
Classes: Cleric, Druid, Paladin
A silvery rain cloud appears in the shape of a cylinder that is 10 feet tall with a 60-foot radius, centered on a point 100 ft directly above you, staying centered on you as you move. The spell fails if you can't see a point in the air where the storm cloud could appear (for example, if you are in a room that can't accommodate the cloud). For the duration of the spell, rain showers down from the cloud.
Allies feel this rain as soothing and rejuvenating, imbuing them with it’s blessed properties. Whenever an ally makes an attack roll or a saving throw in this rain, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw.
Enemies feel this rain as bitter and biting, cursing them and hindering their abilities. When entering the rain for the first time or starting their turn there, an enemy must make a Charisma saving throw. On a success, they are immune to the effects of the rain. On a failure, whenever that enemy makes an attack roll or a saving throw in the rain, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.
