2024-09-01 23:01:08 +0000 UTCY'know Mikey.... we all understand that you took Robin's position over the Fire, it does make sense to put out the fire to not alert potential enemies... but you still need to learn the True Pirate Way, once you have decided to have a Party you can't just cancel it unless you are in inmediate danger xdd. But talking about Robin herself... this was a very important moment of characterization for her, after all this is her first real Adventure as a StrawHat member. What Usopp said about her is right... she's so used to living in shadows... to always looking over her shoulder that she still can't help to inmediately turn down an opportunity to have fun. Her smiling and laughing looking at everyone else having such a good time around the Fire is an indication that she's slowly learning the true significance of Partying and the True Pirate Way. Same thing with the Shandians.... we just learned the reason why they are Fighting Enel and his Priests.... because "Upper Yard" it's actually their ancestral home and it has been forcefully occupied (the Colonialism theme is getting stronger). You can't expect the Shandians to easily trust the StrawHats when you realize that they've probably have been trying to get back their home for centuries, it's completely understandable that they wanna beat Enel themselves and to not accept any kind of help from strangers (who by the way, are still PIRATES at the end of the day). But still.... Great reaction as always.
