You could say that the second half of this episode is the actual beginning of the next Arc, and yes.... it is indeed called Water 7. Also now that you're beginning a brand new Arc i guess this is the best time to say this since i totally forgot to give you to the proper Fan Welcome when you first started reacting to the anime....... Technically, the Aokiji fight IS still a part of that arc, not the next one, which is a hell of a tonal whiplash in the manga. Also, I'm pretty sure a frozen rubber band would still shatter, so I'm inclined to believe Luffy would too.
