Kinda like the events of this episode — how Blue Nose wanted to do more thoughtful clowning, but the crowd didn't respond well unless he went back to the slapstick.

Season 6 in general is very criticized for how "out there" the plots of some of it's episodes are, like.... i appreciate that they were trying to do something different and profound compared to other cartoons.... but the results of that experimentation had very varied results. Season 6 as a whole is complicated to rate... because it has some of the worst episodes of the show while also having some of the best (in my opinion). You can definitely tell that Adam Muto was still trying to find his ground as showrunner of AT after Pend Ward stepped down.
