Tsunade and Shizune?

I tired to make a scene where Shitune will suck the Tsunade boob. Here is the look and of course this one will be animated, but something looks a little weird. Maybe Tsunade should have a bigger head?
I am still not made a base pose for Shizune, mainly because the dress we know from the anime / manga looks just too boring... But it will be probably a boring person... Or???

Maybe if u make her tits bigger then Tsunade’s she will not probably be a boring person ;)
