A better researcher

I need one side character for the new game and can't decide which one will be better. Her main role will be to help you understand game mechanics and improve stats of the other girls. Why am I posting this? Mainly because there are two main researchers in the Bleach universe and both are males.
Since I don't want to draw male characters and two of the options are males I can make their female versions. Mayuri will be probably scary, Kisuke can be sexy or I will just make Nemu witch is the safest option.

2022-09-08 17:32:37 +0000 UTCI mean there are technically three female researchers from Bleach two who are Canon there's Rantao from the Bount filler and Kirio Hikifune and Senjumaru Shutara from the Royal Guard they were considered researchers before Kisuke made the Research and Development.
