March 2023 Patreon Update/Newsletter

If you’re reading this, that’s because you are a patron! This channel would not be possible without your amazing support, and it certainly wouldn’t be as well-researched and in-depth. Thank you from the bottom of my cold, empty heart.
Every month I try to put out a newsletter like this one, just to give you a heads up for what to expect and remind you if you missed anything!
My next video was supposed to launch this Saturday but I’ve postponed it because it’s a project that has quickly ballooned on me: I’m going to be giving the ol’ copaganda treatment to Abbott Elementary, the ABC sitcom about public school teachers. We’ll dive into the plight of American public schools, education budgets/policy, and those dreaded charter schools. I’m pretty excited about this one and I think you will all really enjoy it.
In February I posted my video about The Empty Apocalyptic Horror of The Last of Us. It was a little bit of a departure for me. It was more negative than most of my videos tend to be, and it was released as the series is still airing. I think that in hindsight I should have waited for the season to finish, but I still feel pretty confident in what I said despite the pushback in the YouTube comments. We live and we learn as a channel!
I made my first Lil Skippy (my second channel where I’m going to be making unscripted bite-sized content). Check it out, subscribe, share them, do whatever! These are all going to be unlisted until I can get into a groove with them so for now they’re just being broadcasted to you special people, because I trust you! Don’t let me down….
The Live Mailbag for March is going to be this Sunday (3/5) at 5pm Pacific, as always there will be another thread for questions.
I’ve attached the Copaganda Reading List (although it hasn’t changed since last month), and for now I’m going to keep my Abbott reading list to myself as it is quickly growing.

I wonder if you’ll look into the Waco and Waco Aftermath series from showtime, it would be interesting to see how the Blue Blood audience types will react when seeing a show about cops going after white terrorists I’ve also been keeping an eye on the controversial new Virginia state history curriculum as well, and in a similar trend it seems to parade a slew of specific terrorist attacks from foreign groups(ie USS Cole, Kenya embassy bombing) and doesn’t even mention Oklahoma City bombing by name 🤔🤔🤔
