Looking forward to all those video ideas you mentioned! Also I loved your comment about Captain America being "socially progressive but fiscally conservative." The character definitely has that vibe. I am curious though if the version of cap we see in the ultimates might embrace socialism or something. I'm 95% sure that won't happen but as I said they just did a story where captain america beats up a guy in golden armor who bought the white house and loves capitalism. (And yes "falcon and winter soldier" was a horrible show with a horrible message. Worst thing to come out of the MCU.)

Beginning of the stream doubles as a preview for upcoming video ideas for October!

1. Have you heard anything about the new "ultimates" comic series from marvel? Reason I ask is because it's basically "what if the avengers were terrorists?" (Or at least perceived as terrorists) issue 3 just introduced a version of she hulk with an origin that connects to the tragedy of the real life bikini atoll nuclear tests that us conducted in the pacific. In issue 2 captain america fights a bad guy inside the white house who is monologuing about how capitalism rules. The comic almost feels kind of like an "anti copaganda" counterpoint to the MCU, so I thought I would mention it given your prior MCU video. 2. Do you think we will see a bunch of TV shows set in restaurants trying to capitalize off of the bear's success? If so how do you think these hypothetical shows could avoid some of the traps/trends you discussed in your most recent video about the bear? (I predict at the very least we will see an office/parks and rec styke sitcom set in a restaurant.) 3. You already did your video on Jon Stewart, but have you consider revisiting the US news ecosystem or satire about the US news in a future video? Perhaps after the west wing video you could take a dive into the dark workings of Sorkin's "the newsroom." (haven't watched it but I have not heard good things!) Feels like you could maybe even connect it to copaganda given the criticisms that have been made about new medias and the relationship it has to policing. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the great videos as always. :)
