Ruined Nurse - Adding Shotgun

The shotgun in Crawling Lab was a bit disappointing, so we are working on it a bit more.
We have fixed the overlapping sound issue,
but we are still worried that the shotgun's feel is lacking.
※ Currently, the damage is very strong.
