Several types of simulations have gone into this post! Hair and Cloth are quite normal, but the new one is the APIC fluid simulation. Previously all the fluid renders that I have done use Mantaflow, a program used for large scale wave simulations. It was slow and the fluids were too turbulent. The new APIC was made for this kind of work, small scale, with focus on more of the close up droplets.
Also am trying a new materials configuration with wet cloth. we'll see how it comes out!
All that together leads to a 10 hour render time!!! See you then!
