BTW guys, instant transmission only works when goku can lock on to an energy signal. Since Bulma is extremely weak it's incredibly hard for him to lock on to her. Other factors like lack of concentration and similar energy signals will also make it hard. My theory is that Goku probably only picked up on bulma because of Videl having a stronger energy signal to narrow his search
