Someone asked me recently what was my favourite stabbing film that I'd made. Marissa's debut Greed, released originally in October 2021, is definitely up there. I love her performance and the I really like the phoning for help element and blood pool looks awesome.
Marissa plays a mob enforcer who has just returned from collecting a large amount of cash. The job ended in carnage so Marissa wants double her usual fee - what she gets is a knife in her belly over and over.

This is my favorite film to date. Marissa’s performance struck me as incredibly realistic. The boundary between life and death was so blurred that I couldn’t discern the exact moment of her passing. It was as if she was slowly freezing in place. Even when the music hinting at her demise began, I found myself still anticipating her next movement. Based on my medical and forensic knowledge, this portrayal is highly authentic. I hope to see more films of this caliber!
