It's more a thematic sequel to The Price of Treason rather than a traditional follow up.
Rebecca works for the Government and has stolen a sample of a secret prototype poison gas. The buyer betrays Rebecca and sends a black-gloved killer to take the gas and tie up any loose ends. When Rebecca turns her back, the killer pounces - choking her from behind. His black-gloved hands squeeze her neck as she struggles in vain to break free.
The traitorous woman is thrown to the couch, where the killer continues to strangle his victim. Rebecca's eyes bulge and her tongue pops out as she loses her battle to live.
