She calls for help and the ambulance guy tells her to stay awake and keep talking until the paramedics arrive. Queue Grace talking about the pain, the blood, how her belly is destroyed, etc etc. Grace does an amazing job in this spicy take on a gut stab.

Grace does an excellent job. I love the knife left in her. Also her talking about how the knife feels in her is arousing.
