Getting the most from Grindhouse North & Patreon

This post is about helping you get the most from being a part of Grindhouse North, as well as dealing with some of the queries and questions I get asked frequently.
As always, if you have any comments, suggestions, or ideas (whether that's for stories or for patron benefits etc) just DM me.
There are some important notes about downloads as well as customs, requests etc, toward the end of this post, so please read and digest.
MY ETHOS
Grindhouse North's Patreon is NOT a clip store - it's a community of supporters/fans built up around the content. GHN is a creative endeavour for me, so I don't do things to chase numbers or increase revenues. I'm a one-man crew and Grindhouse North is a lot of work, so it needs to be consistently fun and engaging for me.
One of the things that makes Grindhouse North fun for me in taking your feedback and ideas and incorporating them into my films. So please comment on releases - tell me what you like and what you don't like. And feel free to DM me anytime.
RELEASES
As things stand, I'm releasing a minimum of six new films every month to stream and download. There will also be three re-releases from the archive every month ro stream and download. If there's an old film you'd love to download, just DM me and let me know.
The releases are available to you dependent on your chosen membership tier. For a walkthrough of what each tier gets, click here.
DOWNLOADS
You are only eligible to download films that are released during your membership cycle.
This is important so I will repeat it: You are only eligible to download films released during your membership cycle.
Members of Super Fan tiers get to download and keep videos that are released within their membership cycle. Downloads are available via DropBox, and the links posted on Patreon, with the visibility set so only members of the relevant Super Fan tiers can see them.
These download posts are only live for 24 hours before being deleted - but don't worry!! Download links are also sent via WeTransfer to you by email and those links are active for 7 days.
If you miss a download for whatever reason, don't stress - just send me a message and I'll sort it.
DOWNLOADING FILMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN RELEASED
If a patron wanted to download content that was released before their membership started, they can sign up to either the Super Fan VIP Plus 3, Plus 6 or Plus 9 tiers, which will enable them to claim 3, 6, or 9 releases from the archive to download AS WELL AS all the downloads in their membership cycle.
Please note: when you sign up to one of these tiers, you will need to DM me which films you want and I'll DM you back the download links.

You can filter the content based on your preferences. Once you're inside a Collection, you can sort of by Oldest, Newest, etc. You can also view by Year - which is useful if you're new to Grindhouse North and want to deep dive through the back catalogue across a few sittings.
Please note - if you are accessing Grindhouse North via the Patreon app, you can view each Collection but the filters aren't on the app. If you are new to Grindhouse North or just want to take a deep dive through all the new releases, you are much better off doing it via a web browser. The app is great for keeping up to date with what's going on with Grindhouse North and for accessing recent posts etc.
CUSTOM FILMS
I'm happy to make custom videos for people. Drop me a DM with your idea and we'll take it from there - but please include your idea in the first message. I will not be able to tell you how much your film might be if you don't tell me your idea.
CONTACTING ME
You can reach out to me anytime, via DM via Patreon. I try to reply within 24 hours but sometimes it's 48 hours. I tend not to reply to messages on Saturday nights or Sundays. For your reference, I am based in the UK so I'm on GMT.
