Lovecraft Country was canceled after one season due to allegations of a toxic work environment created by showrunner Misha Green, as detailed in the book Tinderbox: HBO's Ruthless Pursuit of New Frontiers. While other reasons like budget or lack of a compelling vision for season two were initially speculated, sources indicated an unhealthy production atmosphere was the true cause.

You should also check out the Watchmen it was one season on HBO and it was a really good mix of actual history, sci-fi, and superheroes it's nothing like that crappy movie with the same name, the show is amazing. It's how a lot of people including myself learned about the Tulsa City massacre in the twenties.

Brandon has other things he does throughout the week so it would be irresponsible for me to try to start another series that I know we wouldn’t be able to complete in a timely manner. you can still catch him on Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Vikings, etc. but you will also see a few other shows kick off either including or just with Osafa as well. -Adison
