I just finished Better Call Saul and it's crazy how much more informed I feel rewatching BB. Stuff that technically doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things in BB, but just cool to know. It's almost like you gotta do an immediate rewatch of BB once BCS is done.

2025-08-21 03:30:44 +0000 UTCRegarding the end discussion where Brandon brought up Mexican cartels getting rid of journalists and whose more foul (Walt, Jesse, etc) - that's sort of a matter of perspective. We can look at Israel as an example. The Israeli Defense Force, which uses weapons and munitions supplied by the United States, actively targets and eradicates Palestinian journalists to help control and erase the stories coming out of Gaza. Israel has been doing this for decades, many of which can be viewed directly on the internet. There's been more journalists killed in Gaza than in both world wars, Vietnam, and Afghanistan. In the past two years there's been approximately 242 Palestinian journalists that have been killed. The wider world sees nothing wrong with this. So whose at fault and whose more foul? Is it Israel for continuing their decades long occupation and colonization of Palestine? Is it bystanders and mainstream media who suppress this information? Or is it the United States and the Western world for continuing to give Israel and endless supply of money and weapons? Things that make you go hmmmmm
