Coming to Project Horror in August

There are some great films coming your way in August - so please make sure you stick around. As well as all the usual blood and gore, I have a few of new actors who are really cool - can't wait for you to see what they can do. There are some truly badass performances and characters coming your way in August.

In Return To Killingholme, we head back to the mysterious Yorkshire town for another attempt to unravel  out what happened to Jennifer Devere and Rachel Adams. This time, ambitious reporter Davina Howard makes a shocking discovery and pays a heavy price. This film features a really cool impalement and my first ever attempt at a throat slice!!! There is a long sequence where Davina is walking/staggering wounded with a machete run through her.

I am beyond excited to start our new series, Blood & Honour. In Humber City, there has always been an understanding between the cops and the Wallaces, the city's largest crime family. The Wallaces ensure the violence is contained within the criminal community and the cops turn a blind eye. Some cops even do hits for the Wallaces and act as bag men/women. However, something shocking happens and the Wallaces go to war with the corrupt cops. The films in the series will focus on the tit-for-tat killings, the double-crossings, the betrayals, the executions, etc. But it all kicks off with ...

The Stand Off

A chance discovery by a naive rookie detective threatens the whole arrangement between the Wallaces and the cops of Humber PD. A sudden and shocking act of brutal violence and swift act of revenge and self-interest puts the two factions on the path to war. Detective Kasey survives the stand off and is offered a deal by Internal Affairs. 

The Safe House

Detective Kasey has been patched up and has been deposed by the prosecutors - she's given all the names of her fellow corrupt cops and details of the Wallace crime family and their operations. Everyone wants her dead. 

She is taken to safe house, guarded by two IA agents. However, one is working for the Wallaces and betrays her boss. She lets in a hitman but the Wallaces are cutting all ties with the corrupt cops so she is taken out swiftly (a shot to the throat!!). The hitman makes a brutal and bloody example of Detective Kasey who is defiant and badass to her very last breath. 

The Raid

After the executions at the safe house, the cops decide to strike back. In simultaneous attacks across a number of Wallace drug labs, we follow two detectives as they kill a number of mobsters and try to make off with the dope and the cash.  One of them is wounded, which really slows them down - giving re-enforcements time to arrive. 

This features two new actors, a really cool torture scene, a short walking wounded sequence and a double machine gunning. 

They are more Blood & Honour stories coming in September. 

The Shower Killer is a custom film written and funded by one of our patrons. This is a really cool shooting in lingerie - it was good to make something a little different. And it features a really cool prosthetic wound. This will only be available to members of the new Psycho Killer  Super Fan tier, details to be announced soon.
