Project Horror & Covid-19: production update

Hi there,

I hope you are all well and staying safe, where ever you are in the world.

As some of you know, I'm based in the UK and we've just entered into our third national lockdown - the big message here is "stay at home", with everything closing apart from essential shops such as food stores and pharmacies.

The restrictions here are likely to remain in place until March.

The lockdown will not impact on my ability to bring you new content as normal. There will be no impact on the service provided by Project Horror.

I can say that in confidence because I've been busy filming and stockpiling films just in case something like this happened. At the last check, I have enough content to last us until Easter - and there's some really cool stuff coming your way in the next few months.

I will shoot some new content during lockdown - just because I get super twitchy if I don't go out and create something regularly 😂😂😂 And doing this kind of work is permitted under the current guidelines, so long as we follow social distancing guidance etc.

Following the guidelines does mean that I need to be sensible about how many people I get in to film with on any given day. It also means much of the content I've created has been weighted to shootings, as they are more socially distanced than stabbings.

It's also probably sensible to stick with working with people I know and trust - I just don't think it's the right time to go on a recruitment drive, for all the obvious reasons.

I hope that all makes sense and sounds reasonable.
