Talk to me about post mortem

Quite a few people have been commenting and messaging about wanting to see more happen post mortem. It’s not really something I’m personally into SO help me understand it better by leaving some comments below. I’m interested in knowing two things …

If you’re more comfortable, feel free to DM me.

Thanks, Dan

Talk to me about post mortem

For me, the thing is crime scenes. Photographs of crime scenes with flash. Flash is important. The photo in this post is good but with flash would be great. Also, it is always good when you see the face clearly. You can insert the photos in the video with a camera sound and they might create a violent scary impact. I believe that might add to the visceral reaction.

I like what you are already doing in most of your videos. The slow pan over the body after death and pausing on the facial expression is a nice touch. As someone else said, stripping the body to expose the wounds in naked flesh would be great, but I understand that most performers would NOT go for that. You shared a custom where the shooter removes the skirt and pushes up the bra exposing her breasts. Very nice touch but subject to the willingness of the performer to do that.

Robert Schulze

I have never been particularly interested in fondling, body dragging or other post mortem scenes although I know that many are. I suspect it is related to having a totally docile and submissive female that they can use however they like. I do recall a scene from Blood and Black Lace where the murderer, after drowning a woman, grabs her breast to turn her over. Something about that did strike a chord for me. In that case I think it was the casual indifference to a touch that should have been gentle and sexual that affected me. Stripping the body to expose the wounds in naked flesh does work for me but I expect that is not something your actresses would go for. As for pure necrophilia, that just gives me the creeps.

Nothing sexual also for me, but a bit of body searching after death (especially if I like the outfit) is more than welcome!

For stabbing films, I was thinking more like comforting gestures. Like as someone is getting stabbed, the killer is whispering things in their ear like "let it go" or "it's okay" or just shushing them. And then as they fall to the floor dying, whether they're still being stabbed or still have the knife in them, they softly caress their face while whispering things like "that's better" or "it's okay. Almost finished." or "not much longer", as they stroke their face. It's almost as if they're being comforted while dying by violent stabbing. Plus, I would like to see more dead person eye closings. For shootings, I agree with the body searching and pulse checking. They count. Forgot about those ideas.

I find the dying scenes interesting and I like it when they have a lot of details (like reaching for objects while the victim is in a panic). I'm not a big fan of things that are done to the victim after death. But if that happens sometimes, that's okay with me too. However, the scene after death shouldn't be longer than the death scene itself. And it shouldn't necessarily be sexual, because that's what sets "Project Horror" apart from many other productions.

Ron Roberts

I like the struggle and the aesthetic the death, not the inaction of the dead. Not a necrophile, just a stabbing fan.

love to see more of losing one heel and after being strapped or shot ripping of pulling off the shirt to see the damage would be nice

Can I say first of all, I can't wait to see how Neave got herself into that condition! I assume the clip is in the pipeline? Second, it doesn't seem like anyone has answered your "what drives the kink" question yet, so I'll take a crack at it. I think the whole "death fetish" thing has to do with domination fantasies taken to their logical extreme. As a result of being shot, or stabbed, or strangled or whatever, the victim gradually loses the ability to resist until she is under the complete control of her assailant. For me, post mortem manipulation of the victim's lifeless body (including in ways that aren't suitable for this project) is like a little dessert to go along with the main course, by way of demonstrating that she is really done for. So that's my two cents. As far as Dan's movies go, I've never felt the need for any post-mortem, but I agree that maybe some searching of the body or checking it for signs of life would be cool. For some reason I really like the lift-up-her-arm-by-the-wrist-and-let-it-drop move.

Michael Last

It's not quite my thing, but I think just a touch of manipulation is fine. Exposing breasts, maybe taking a hand, holding a jaw, looking left and right across a face. Fingers buried in a neck, checking for a pulse and someone saying "yeah, she's gone.". You can do a lot with a little if you think about it.

I agree on searches being great and something I´d like to see. Also just a general sense of handling such as dragging, rolling over, moving, maybe hiding body as in stuffing it in something like closet or behind something. Maybe partial undressing during search. Things of that nature. And would be really cool if some of this is done lady on lady, as in killer doing handing is a lady as well. And I´d love to see some body piling of more than one lady or bodies folded over one another or laying ontop of each other. Things like that. Like one idea I´ve always wanted to see done would be one lady is strangling another, like is ontop of her, and the one being strangled manages to reach gun and shoot her attacker... but its too late then and she dies from the strangling as killer just won´t let go despite being shot and then afterwards expires ontop of her strangled victim.

Oh yes 😍

Body searches are classic

Grindhouse North

post mortem manipulations (lifting, turning and searching the bodies) would be great !!

Personally I think anything post mortem past a shoot out scene where someone's used as a human shield or something along those lines borders into "too far" territory.
