So the story starts at the apartment shared by Kasey and Grace - the two friends relaxing. But these two best friends have a secret - they both have a fetish for silk blouses, boots, and playing gun fun games where they pretend to shoot each other and then die in each others arms.

Grace turns to Kasey and suggests they go and play their favourite game at a new location sh's found. But Kasey recognises the warehouse: it's where a string of disembowelled bodies where found - vicious crimes attributed by locals to the urban legend The Blood Ripper.

Grace reassures Kasey that The Blood Ripper is just a myth but tells her blonde friend that she will take some real bullets as well as her blanks - just in case.

The two arrive at the warehouse and begin their game, despite there being a weird vibe about the place. The chase each other, firing blanks and ducking in and out of cover. Kasey makes a run for it and gets blasted in the back, she falls into a nearby walk and Grace shots her more in the her belly and breasts. Kasey falls to the ground and pretends to die in Grace's lap.

It's time for round two, and Grace gets a head start. After a running gun battle, Grace sets a trap for Kasey. Kasey walks into it, only for Grace's gun to jam at which point Kasey empties her gun into Grace's body. Grace slides down the wall and dies in Kasey's arm.

The friends laugh and it is Kasey's turn for a head start.

She ends up in the attic, a rundown, grungy place with a weird vibe. She hides to surprise Grace but becomes more and more uneasy. She feels more and more panicky and freaked out before she senses the presence of true evil - the spirit of the Blood Ripper rushed into her, taking over her body.

Grace enters the attic looking for her friend, who she finds silently facing the corner. Grace reaches out, but Kasey turns and snaps - declaring that she is the Blood Ripper and that Grace is her next victim.

Grace begs her friend to put down her knife, but Kasey keeps coming. Grace switches out her blanks for real ammo and shoots Kasey in the chest. Although Kasey can feel the bullets, she keeps coming - forcing Grace to shoot her many times in the breasts, belly and chest.

Kasey finally falls to her knees and coughs up much blood, before falling on to her back and writhing around in agony. She dies but - as Grace comes to sit beside her - she opens her eyes and tells Grace yet again that she is The Blood Ripper.

Grace back away, begging her friend to stop. She fills Kasey's body with lead, but still Kasey keeps coming, her knife ready. Grace backs into a wall and Kasey rams her knife into Graces stomach and belly. Kasey stabs Grace in the breasts, twisting the knife sending Grace into agony. 

Grace pushes Kasey away and again shots the woman many times in the body. Kasey comes at Grace and stabs her twice in the back before Grace falls to the ground and coughs up blood. Kasey kneels behind her and stabs her repeatedly in the chest.

Kasey sits Grace against a wall and starts to finger her wounds, pulling at her intestines. Kasey starts to pull out Grace's guts, as Grace coughs up much blood. Kasey then chokes Grace with her own guts for a short time.

Grace falls to the floor and writhes in pain before dying with her intestines all around her. Kasey plays with her friend's dead body but then the spirit of the Blood Ripper leaves her body. She is then confronted by her friend's dead body, a heartbreak short lived because the agony and blood loss catches up with Kasey and collapses and dies next to the body of her best friend.
