This is a custom request, where the fan asked for Kelly to be choked with a cord "with lots of neck on show". Kelly knocks it out the park with her amazingly expressive face in this strangling film.

In To Strangle A Spy, Kelly stars as a female spy sent to pick up a package from a dead drop. As she looks, she hears footsteps approaching and takes cover. She gets the drop on the male spy but he's quick and disarms her, grabbing her neck and pushing her against the wall.

She struggles to break free but his grip on her neck is strong. He reaches for his cord garrotte and slips it around the neck of the female spy. He pulls it tight, strangling her as she desperately tries to pull herself away.

She struggles and fights for her life as she is choked, all the while trying to escape. The garrotte's grip on her neck is too tight and, with wide bulging eyes and lolling tongue, the woman loses consciousness and slumps to the warehouse floor.

Her attacker checks her pulse and realises she is still alive. He revives her so he can begin choking her again. She thrashed around on the floor and she struggles and gasps for air.

The man continues to strangle her, choking all the life from her. Her eyes bulge and tongue lols from her mouth. She desperately tries to loosen the garotte from around her neck as she asphyxiates.

Death comes quickly for the female spy. The strangling and choking and asphyxia take their toll and the woman dies on the dusty floor of the abandoned warehouse.
