How are you finding the changes?

As you know, we recently made some changes to the billing and - more importantly - to the download process.
I wanted to thank you for all your support through all the changes.
I've not had a single message about the new download system, so I'm assuming it's all gone smoothly. That said, I did want to check in with you all to see if you had any comments etc.
So let me know what you think - what's good and what needs work - in the comments below.

Hi Bob. You can still download the HD version solo via the download post that's published on the day of release. Those posts expire after 24 hours but you can always message me for a HD download link if you miss one.

2025-01-27 19:39:27 +0000 UTCIβm probably doing something wrong but is there a way to only download the HD version of films? It seems that the WeTransfer includes both versions and I canβt then uncompress on my ageing iPad with very little remaining memory!
