Kat and Rebecca trying to blackmail the mayor, but rather than pay up, the mayor sends his fixer to take care of the situation.
Kat is first on the fixer's list. Kat tries to seduce her way out of her predicament and she eventually gives up Rebecca and her location. Kat is relieved because she things she's survived the encounter - silly Kat!!

One of the best strangling ever performed IMHO (Alora's Breathless and Rebecca are the others). As wrote before, the dress and nude mix is a turn-on. Keep that road Dan, but don't loose your grab on the victim's neck. :D :D My penny: no underwear but pantyhose only. ;)
