re-made the stranger approach event on the train

added sound effects to the mansion scenes
edited Annabelle scene a bit to make it a bit more smooth
added a new scene while cleaning upstairs (outfit unlocking)
third outfit for the maid job is now available
HOME:
added a new pose for photogram (3rd outfit)
