Added 2023-01-04 15:32:01 +0000 UTC"Just wow! I last had pictures done with Alicia in early 2016. Since then, I have gotten married, had a baby, and recently turned 30 this year. As with many others, these past few years have had incredible challenges, and I greatly underestimated how difficult becoming a new mom in a global pandemic would be. I felt like I didn't recognize not only my body but who I was as a person anymore. As a 30th birthday gift to myself, I booked a shoot and was extremely anxious but excited. Alicia (and Kelsey), made me feel like an absolute queen. The warmth and genuine interest they show are incredible. I was nervous I wouldn't feel the same love for myself at 30 as I had when I was 23, but I was blown away that I actually preferred these pictures to my previous ones. My confidence and self-love now, post-baby and in a new decade, is at an all-time high. I put a lot of work into myself this past year, and I am honoured that Alicia was able to pull that out in my photographs. I will cherish these photos and this experience for a long time."
