I love the industry I’m in however it can take its toll on your mental health as well as body image. As a female being critical of your body seems like it comes with just being a female. Being a female in the fitness industry makes you feel like you need to be everything everyone else things you need to be or look like. Seeing myself through the Lens of your camera and the way you can make someone feel so comfortable in there own skin is not just talent but priceless. I have been called a million things and seen myself look a million different ways but for the first time I didn’t diet or try to look a certain way. I wanted to look
Like me and see myself the way you let me see it. Unapologetically me raw and emotional and for that I can never thank you enough.
You ladies are incredible at what you do and how you make others feel. There needs to be more people like you sprinkled in this world especially right now. Never give up or quit doing what you do because of a few haters. You have changed more people’s lives by letting them see themselves through your lens and confidence then a few haters could do damage too.
Keep spreading love and kindness with a whole lot of sexy!!
