The only concern was aging ... Shikamaru didn't really feel it, but it could very well be temporary. Every day he changed more and more, and it strained. I would not want to turn into an old man in another year. Fortunately, he began to notice some kind of movement in his own cells, and the process will probably slow down sooner or later.
