Eastern J’aanko’s Female Base

Here we go guys, gals, and my non-binary pals! The female J’aanko’s Base is now complete! Let me give a small rundown of these cheeky spunky lil dragons. Eastern J’aanko’s are a hybrid species, born of a cross between a eastern feline species and Oryctolagus cuniculus ( Rabbit ) combined equals out into a omnivorous species of dragon.

Females tend to be the long of the two which expains their slender bodies. They have fluffier necks and rumps to keep their tender area’s safe. Their underbellies scaled, hard to keep them safe while hunting and protecting their young.

They range in a various about of colors, their fur coats tend to be very naturalistic, while their underbellies tell a story, they come in various bright and vivid colors, some are to told too be able to change their color variation between mating seasons, and winter months.

( I added a reference of some natural colors that rabbits come in, however this doesn’t have to be where they stick. I imagine they would have the color patterns you’d see in domestic and Big cat species as well. There Bellies and horns are where there color tends to shine the brightest )

There are subspecies of j’aanko’s  within the species themselves. Outland J’aanko’s tend to be the more unstable of the species, growing up in barren lands where food is hard to come by, their horns are sharp and their fur not as dense for the dessert heart they tend to live in. These J’aanko’s tend to be loners, but will hunt in groups and group up at night to stay warm.

Forest J’aanko’s are a bit more rugged, they aren’t are tenacious as their cousin the Outland J’aanko’s but they do still have a lot of the Cheekiness we see in the Outlands. They tend to stay in tree’s more often, coming down to scavenge for berries, and nuts. While also hunting for smaller prey items. They have very inquisitive personalities and will watch from afar until they know it’s safe to come out.

Spring valley J’aanko’s are the generic of all three that you’d see, they’re soft to the soft, and personality. While being very timid they do not have the hunting drive that the others do of the species. These one’s tend to scavenge kills, and gather berries. They are the playful dragons, they frolic and love to be around each other. Raising their families in co-habit burrows.
