It probably doesn't help I flip between "Progress log" and "Devlog". There is probably a real difference, but for me they are interchangeable.

ANYWAY:

- Progress is being made! The hiking scene is in the process of being coded in. (TBH I'm struggling a bit with the dialogue. It seems forced somehow? Re-writes may be in the near future to try and make it feel more natural between the characters.)

- I have been knocking out some sprites for Shelly in the meantime as well

- All this being said, I hope fingers crossed to have an update out by the end of April at the latest.

- This picture is from what I refer to in the coding as her "sfat" (slightly fat) stage (also referred to as stage 4). There is a big bonus for bringing snacks on a hike. But even the cool frosting of a cupcake may not be enough. She may need a dip in that shallow lake.
