Adora is the CEO of her late father's company. She took the position at the age of 25 after her father passed away unexpectedly.
Adora was already 8 months pregnant with Finn when she had to take the reigns to keep the company running. Adam was backpacking through Europe at the time and couldn't be reached, so it naturally fell to Adora as the only other heir to their father's fortune. By the time Adam returned, with no desire to run the company, Adora was running it and taking care of the newborn all on her own.
It took a year before Adora agreed to allow her grandma Razz to take baby Finn a few days a week. Adora could do it all on her own, she didn't need any help.
