Her girlfriend of 5 years and the woman who was meant to be Finn's mother left her because she was 'too much'. But the most terrifying part was that due to all the stress Finn was born early, they were so small and they needed her. Despite all the heartbreak and stress, she wasn't going to let them down. She wished her father could have met them, but that's why she called them Finn.
Artist note: Finn was Adora's dad's middle name. I couldn't decide if I like it with Angella or not, so there are both versions.
