Dungeon Tail v0.11 Release
Added 2022-07-14 23:33:08 +0000 UTCThe orc armory section with Iris is now fully complete! With this update, I've added all the missing voice lines and fixed a few minor bugs.
Many thanks to KandiPoP for reprising her role as Iris and to Captain Metric for lending his gruff voice for the orc. They bring a ton of life to this section and a lot of spice to the lewd bits.

The game is kind of on hiatus right now as I'm focused mainly on animation currently. Besides, I feel like it'd be better to re-tool the whole game at this point. The implementation is clunky (the game lacks a ton of standard VN features and implementing them would take a monumental amount of effort at this point) and the sprite based animations are massive and horribly compressed (which basically makes a mobile implementation impossible). I kinda wish I built the game in renpy or just found a better way to create visual novels in Unity. I feel like I'd want to do a lot more research and testing if I were to dive into making a new game.

2023-03-20 17:52:34 +0000 UTCwheres the rest of the game? only two paths to finish and cant get into the 3rd saying ""Under construction" damn, got that far in the begining demo on Newgrounds, i thought hey nostalgia from flash game to actually being able this again. I do like game over's. the slime one is just superb, i was expecting more. so sorta just disappointed. i was expecting the carniverous plant to do something if i keept fucking with it. or at most a game over scene. and the orc really got more voice lines that the main character. i knew it was a bad sign when i just saw and heard the orc do the same choices with sex when it came to it. I just really really hope there would of been more to the game, been what 3 years now? going on 4 ish almost and the reward even worth it on here since new grounds host this 'up to date version? is this game still being worked on. yes or no?

2023-03-20 02:59:59 +0000 UTCSex can be the reward, but between allies that clearly establishes that nothing bad will happen, no predation, no kidnapping that's why it's a reward. But when it comes to facing an enemy in a porn game there're actually 2 reward: Reward 1: the "GAME OVER" CG screen that cones as a result of making the wrong choice during an enemy encounter. Reward 2: the continuation of the journey and so therefore the player can have the opportunity to claim "reward 1"... but with a different enemy. With the way it goes with the Orc, the choices don't carry much weight and it doesn't do much for the character of the Bunny girl, why she would want to have sex with a random Orc when she'sin the middle of a quest. It might be a good idea that the protagonist should dislike the idea of having sex with enemies mainly because they're the "bad guys" trying to stop them from completing a quest... until those "bad guys" change their minds when the player make a wrong choice. Also a couple of ideas from off the top of my head: A mysterious house with a sexy perverted toymaker in it that uses creepy, but still sexy dolls and other erotic toy-based things to seduce and then eventually turn any trespassers into sexy toys themselves. A travelling stageshow with seemingly innocent and frendly performers, that are really sexy sirens using their sexy show to lure unsuspecting people in to be their slaves or food source for all eternity!!!! Something to think about just incase it helps in any way :)

2022-07-18 18:22:50 +0000 UTCYou make a good point! I can try to make one of the choices lead to a game over outcome then so it adds a bit more spice to the decision making. My thought process was that the player shouldn't always have to get a game over for the H-scenes (like with the slimes), and should be rewarded at times with them but mixing it up more should help to keep things more interesting.

2022-07-18 16:02:22 +0000 UTCWhile it is very nice indeed, truly 10/10, 5 stars, 100% in terms of quality of what is there. All 3 paths with the Orc have the same eventual outcome, that being she gets away. The buttons essentially say: BJ then sex, BJ then sex or no sex or if you run out of time... it still results in BJ then sex, then the game just continues. There needs to be a wrong choice for the player to make that results in a H-scene GAME OVER, there needs to be more of an element of sexual danger present in the game. Tentacle Monsters, Monster Plants, Witches, Goblins, Wolves/Werewolves, Ghosts etc could all have have interesting, sexy and dangerous things about them e.g. Mental enslavement or manipulation by things such as: extreme sexual pleasure(Slimes at the start) or an addictive substance, forced symbiotic relationship(probably best suited for a Monster Plant). Maybe magic from a witch or Succubus/Incubus to seduce or subdue or something like that. The Creator Toro Toro Resistance with his Monster Girl games did an excellent job with combining sex and danger and firmly establishing the context. Sorry to go on a bit, it's just this also applies to other creators too and I had to get that off my chest. I hope this serves to help in some way.
