Update notice! I deleted the Dawn vote. While I understand the reasoning, anime versions of characters that appear in the mainline games don't apply. Spin off alternates (Like Akari) work, or anime exclusive characters work (Like the sensational sisters) work. So I'd like to ask those who voted for Dawn to choose someone else to vote for. Apologies.

Yeah. While it is still technically Shelly, the dramatically different design and personality to ORAS Shelly does afford Anime Shelly to pass. Anime Dawn and ingame dawn, having the same designs and outfits doesn't give her a pass. And Akari has a wildly different personality giving her a pass.
