WiP Updates and News :3

Hi!


Maybe you are asking yourself: "Furrier, where dafuq is Frost?"

And this is a very good question! 

Maybe you better understand why it is taking so long when i show you.

Frost is my biggest most complex Project to date (It feels like i am saying that every time, but it true :) 

now that i understand what i am doing inside the engine can not say "i didn't knew how to do that for example graphics menu" i have to do it, everything else would be lazy.

I Underestimated how low the Polishing Process can take with an big Project like that, And i want to do it right! 

In the last few weeks, i have almost worked every free minute on this, fixing bugs, implementing features, experimenting with new solutions for old problems or just added crazy fun stuff (Shrinking, softvore).

Every Weekend i sayd myself this week i get it done, then you work on it find something missing and work like 3 hours on a really nice Hay material....

Before that the bunnys where sleeping on furs, but this would not make sense (they dont eat meat), because of that they are now sleeping in their food reserve :3

It may be a small detail, but i feel it makes the world much more believeble.

now imagine that with hunderts of things you notice everywhere...

Now you understand me :x


Changing something somewhere in the game can mean unexpected results in other part of the game.

Many systems i made are connected with each other,

And thats why this is a good thing!

There is for example:

I have a Animation Blueprint for Every Character that controls everything that the character does that is not bound to a Pose, Stuff like:

The animations that the Character needs to move on its own (walking, sitting, sleeping etc)

This is the One for the Fox NPC Character,

AnimGraph - where the Animations are stored and how they Relate to each other.


Event Graph - Where the Anim graph gets modified.

This Animation Blueprint is getting information from the Character,

And with the Variables Pulse, Hornyness, Shyness, the Animation Blueprint generates dynamic Blinking Breathing and where the Character is looking at.


In the Video Above i made the Animation Blueprint for a Character, it is speed up and without commentary, next one will be with audio, i was thinking i recorded audio with it but it was not recorded :c


All this means that i only need to do a bit of code in one place and only do it once!

If i want to change something or expand it, i just can go into the class and change it.

The Animation Blueprint does it all.

Breathing

-Expanding of the Ribcage

-Moving of the Mouth (Breahting and Speaking)

-simple speaking animation

-Look at Spine to Head

-Hand ik/transformation

-Body Deformations

-Fluid Generation (for Example: it now takes the Distance between every "Hole" and your Penis, as well the direction and Speed, with that it generates a Sound, Adds Slime, or moves your Foreskin)


All of this means, i can create many interactive animations, because i only need to do the Poses and the animation blueprint does the rest, and as extra you get it all dynamic, so when the character does something exausting she breaths faster and her heart is beating faster (put your ear near any character you hear the pulse)

So let me tell you what game Frost is,

Its a First Person Adventure, a bit like the old ones you maybe know (Monkey island), 

You Explore the world (Partly small open world), 

Meet (and fuck) new Characters and 

solve Puzzles to advance in the Story.


There are many different Characters to meet, every one with unique dialoge, animations and Models.


I don't like to spoil to much of the story, but i like you to know how much work i am putting into this, 

i am working every day on it, and the Release is As soon as Possible!

I still like to add Some Clothing items to some characters, add a few Game over paths and some animations would be just awesome to have....


Frost got more complex every time, 

i did not fought that there where so many things missing until i really got to playtest it.

The Idea for Frost is, to give YOU as much control as possible, like you where really there!

So whats new since my last Update?

I've added

-many new Sounds, 

-a better Animation subsystem that handles eyeBlinking, Heartrate, Breathing speed 

-Many new Graphics Settings.

-Now it Takes information directly out of the world to generate Sounds, Fluid or Morph Targets.

-Full First Person with optional Third Person Camera.

-VR partly implemented

-There is also a Optional Outline Shader :3 (You can Enable or Disable it whenever you like!)




and worked on the Fur.

With the Fur System i added:

-Fur Collision with the Penis and Hands (no more Clipping, and very nice deformation :)

-Better Physics, (much more Realistic movement without artifacts)

-Optimization, (it now no longer breaks the Framerate when going really Close)

-Better Fur Shading (Added Per vertex Lightning + Per Pixel Shadows) -Optional halfes Framerate.


Cuddle +, It Works like this:

You use your mouse to look around just like normal,

But if you Hold down your Left Mouse Button, you no longer move your Camera, instead you move your Character. (ManualMode)

With this, you can Move Left/Right, Up/Down and In/Out howerver you like.

You can use the "W" "S" Keys to play a special animation like "W" Fuck her Hard, "S" Kiss her.


"Q" and "E" Increase or Decrease the Animation Speed that plays when you are not Holding your Mouse down (AutomaticMode)

Most Animation modes have this feature (except of course those where you are restrained)


Every Character has many Animation modes, so you can do it however you like :3



And there are Many characters to meet!



I will do a post like this from now on every few days, 

so you may get smaller but more regular updates, and pretty soon frost too!

I am Eager to finally continue working on Harem and implement all the stuff i learned with Frost!


So i am asking for just a few more days with it, i know the feel of waiting, sometimes it seems to take forever but with every day we are getting closer!

Frost it is what i would say is my first real Videogame and i know how to implement everything i can imagine and i still got some very nice ideas that i want to have for you in there...

With the next big project i will try making it more modular, (already did this for Harem) so at least with the next update 0.9 for harem you are getting weekly updates for it from then on. I Can't believe how much i've learned while making Frost... So Thank you! Would not be possible without you lovable people ♥

I experimented recording my desktop while working, the video is around 3 hours building a Animation Blueprint speeded up but without audio, i was not recording it... dummy me :x
